Ryan Lee
Ryan is a skilled listener and empathetic counsellor, specializing in youths, young adults and the elderly. He believes in the importance of building therapeutic relationships with clients through active listening, empathy and compassion. This is where change can truly begin - empowering and enabling clients to have more agency to go through their night seasons. He is equipped in dealing with issues pertaining to anxiety, relationships, loneliness, identity and depression among others.
His approach to counselling is towards Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Person-Centered Therapy (PCT). He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology from College of Allied Educators, recognized by the Singapore Association of Counselling (SAC). His background includes experiences with an international school, Lions Befrienders and Touch Coummunity Services (Young Arrows) and private clients ranging from youths to elderly. He is a member of SAC as well.
